Vadim and Kosta were amazing. Raced up and down 3 flights of stairs in my older-style apartment on an oppressively humid summer afternoon (you know the little stairwells with the tight turns). No fuss and no drop in service throughout the 5 hours they were with us.
They took great care with our things, especially our irreplaceable Thiel CS6 speakers (shipped from the US and out of production now). They even noticed a loose glass panel we didn’t know about and put it safely to the side before it could be broken.
All round great experience and would definitely use their services again.
